When an agents ends a call, how can you make a delay on 10-15 secs before he appears as ready in the system?

Hi,
You will have to set up in the CSQ configuration webpages (RmCm), for each CSQ you have set up in IPCCX, you have to check the 'Automatic Work' to 'Enabled' and the 'Wraup time' to 10-15 seconds.

Hi,
You would set up a wrap-up time of 10-15 seconds. After that 10-15 seconds, the agent will be available agian.
Depending of the producto you are using, IPCC Express or Enterprise, this wrap-up state is configured in a different manner.
