Hi,

from your post i assume you are running IOS and not CATos.

Did you try:

boot system disk1: and reload?

Hi

thanks for reply

i tried this command and there is conflict in my readings because some documents i found the command boot system flash disk1:

and sometimes boot system disk1: and sometimes boot system flash sup-disk1:

i don't what is the right command

thanks

I always use the 'boot system flash ' command to specify the boot image. The 'flash' keyword instructs the device to boot from an image stored in a flash memory device (whether that's bootflash:, sup-bootflash:, disk1:, etc.).

HTH,

Jarred

Hi,

boot system disk1:... will work as well. Either will achieve your goal.
