UC520 and FXS

Hi to all,

two simple question:

1) can I use one of FXS port builted-in the UC520 to connect a modem of fax server (like Microsoft)?

ATA186 doesn't manage modem (only fax).

How have to connect FXS port to route the incoming call from a BRI to a particular FXS port. (I never use fxs!!!)

2) Is the access-list in UC520 possible to manage only by CLI? I find a easy way (like SDM) to manage the default access-list. SDM is not compatible and Configuration Assistant does not manage ACL.

Can I delete all ACL in uc520?

Augusto,

1. yes, configure a pots DP with destination-pattern same the called number.

2. you can use the web interface for IP telephony. Yes you can delete all ACL if no special reason to have them.
