What does revision 7.0 means? I have seen revision 6.0 etc. Thank you.

These are hardware-level revision number for the motherboard, and do not influence the operations at all, that is, any revision number is supposed to work fine as another.

No, there are no better revisions, all work the same and make no difference to the user.
