Video Advantage & 7971 Phone doesnt work

Help me please... 7971 Phone failed to make video call using VT Advantage. The local and remote windows suddenly drop when call to another video enabled ipphone. I replaced the phone using 7960 and successfully make video call to another ipphone/communicator. 7971 has exactly same setting like 7060.all phone are in 1 region, 1 location with banwidth settings unlimited. call manager version is 4.1.3. vt advantage is the latest update. please helps... tx

You can see traps supported on controller itself. Go to the management tab and click on Trap controls under SNMP in the Left Hand side.
