Cisco Phone 7916G connecting to call manager

Hi There,

One of our customer call manager located accross the WAN Links. The customer is testing by connecting the phone in the local network and pointed to the call manager.

The phone able to connect the call manager to download the initital files and upgraded. After that it's always showing registering...

We have opened up all the required firewall ports also. is there any particular help topics available for the phone to connect call manger 4.1

Call manager generally uses dynamic port UDP 3000-16500 in addition to these ports these are some more ports to be opened.

UDP 67-68

TCP 2002, 2001, 2428, 1433, 2555, 2556, 7727, 8003, 143

If the Gateway type is H323

TCP 1719

TCP 1720

TCP 11000 - 11999

If the Gateway type is MGCP

UDP 2427 and TCP 2428

Perhaps the firewall logs can shed some light on what is, or what is not being blocked?

Can you ping CCM from the voice vlan?
