WDS AP not authenticating with WLSE

I have two WDS AP's in two different IP subnets at two different buildings. One WDS AP is working great and is registered with all other AP's in its subnet and it is authenticated with the WLSE.

The other WDS AP is a new one I have added to service a different subnet at a different building. All AP's in this new subnet are registered with their WDS that just fine, but the new WDS on the new subnet is not authenticating to WLSE. However, when I go on my ACS box, it shows that the authentication is successful from the AP. I know the credentials are correct otherwise the other WDS would have failed. Any ideas?

This issue can rise if there is a mismatch in the username and password . verify the username and password:

I have the same problem with all WDS with 12.4.10b. JA IOS version (1131) and the WDS runs with older version 12.3.8 in 1100

Short of moving to a controller based system, which I will probabley end up doing, have you been able to resolve this issue. I know the credentials are correct.
