Call Redirect from UCCX5 to Unity Connection

I configured a call redirect as a menu option in UCCX5 to go to a mailbox on Unity Connection 1.2(1). A caller presses 1 to break out of a CSQ to go to a voicemail instead of waiting to be answered by a an agent. All works fine when calling from a land line however when calling from a mobile I get a prompt from Unity "I did not recognise that as a valid entry". The unit call viewer doesn't see any difference between the land line and mobile calls. Both calls are confirmed G711. The only difference I can see is on a Q931 debug on the gateway - The call mobile is a speech call and landline is a 3.1k voice call. If I by pass the the UCCX and send calls direct to Unity, both types work fine, the problem is only when the call is re directed through UCCX.
