Export IPCC data into Crystal Reports

I'm trying to export IPCC Express 4.0(4) historical reporting data into Crystal Reports. IPCC installed with MSDE. CM 4.2 has SQL 2000. Can't seem to get past OLE DB (ADO) connection screen.

Server: tried ipcc and CM IP \CRSSQL

UserID: tried sa and administrator

Database: db_cra

You can go to SQL server and reset the password for sa.

When set up ODBC connection, make sure you use "With SQL Server authentication using a login ID and password entered by user"

Go to SQL server Enterprise Manager, go to SQL Server Properties (Configure) > Security. Make sure you choose Authentication method as "SQL Server and Windows".
