Have a CCM5.1 environment with 2821 routers that have VIC-4FXS cards.

The FXS ports are registered via SCCP to CCM5.1 on the 2821 using stcapp. This works fine including supplementry features. No problems at all.

However the FXS ports can NOT get multicast Music on Hold that is streamed from the CCM 5.1 cluster. Instead it just gets tone on hold.

Other IP Phones in network get Music on hold via Multicast fine, as do the console attendant pilots. No outside E1/T1 network connectivity as yet as its still on the build bench.

Multicast config has been put on the 2821 and the core routers. It is voice bundle and runs 12.4.11T SP Services.

Where might i be going wrong? Suspect multicast problem and advise is appreciated.
