The problem being we can't seem to enter commands, although all the text appears on the screen correctly, I am told that if you connect a laptop to the port on site then this also works correctly. We have a number of sites where this is a problem, we have tried to replicate in the lab but can't get it to fail. For pin outs etc see Steve Evans.
This gives details of connectivity on site.
Connected to STNWES-L3234-02 MPM1 on 213.186.5.78 port 2071

is there a way to configure a router with a frame relay broadband access and 4 E1's going to a PBX so that, when an incoming call comes from the FR broadband access and all the voice channels in the 4 E1's are in use, the router puts the incoming call in queue until a voice port is free, connecting the first call in queue?

I am not aware of a way to have the router queue traffic in this way.
