Call Forwarding a call with CCM 6.0

When you press the CFWDALL button and begin to enter an extension you get a message that says, " Your call can not be completed as dialed"

What changes do I make in CCM 6.0 to allow users to forward calls?

I have this problem too.

Ensure that you have configure a valid Calling Search Space on the Line appearance CFA setting.

Specify a CSS which provides the appropriate dialing permissions for which the user is able to call forward such as Internal, Local, Mobile etc.
