Does any one knows if these switches can have three password attemps and then switch is locked out? Where can I find specific documentation about this type of configuration? Thank you

The switch will not have this behavior. You need to implement that on the AAA server (radius or tacacs)

Hi,

The command login block-for command will deny logins for a defined period after successive failed login attempts. Also, the aaa authentication attempts login 3 will set a maximum login attempt of 3. See all info here.
