I need to convert our config on the 6509 from CatOS to IOS. Have anyone used the Cisco EDI CatOS to IOS configuration Tool? Is it worth using it or should I just do this conversion manually? Any suggestions what to look out for would be greatly appreciated. I have never done this before so any advise would be great.

I have converted 16 6509's using the manual documentation, and in the beginning had problems, mostly because I went out of sequeunce by reading to far ahead. Then configured each module. You have several modules installed that I didn't have, so it might be more time consuming and open to errors using the manual approach.

I realize this might not be the answer your seeking, but I found for our configuration, manual was better, and longest conversion took 30 minutes.
