AP 1131 unreachable

I've 12 APs 1131 connected to Catalyst 3560 POE without controller; once a day, randomly, all access point began unreachable to ping and all wireless client disconnected. I need to shut and no shut all switches port in order to reboot APs and normalize the wireless network.

1131 runs c1130-k9w7-mx.123-8.JA2

3560 runs c3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-40.SE

The fastethernet port configuration for all AP is:

interface FastEthernet0

no ip address

no ip route-cache

duplex auto

speed auto

hold-queue 160 in

and for switch is:

interface FastEthernet0/X

switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q

switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,2,111

switchport mode trunk

Vlan 1: Management (IP Address)

Vlan 2: Data

Vlan 111: Voip

Any ideas?
