Solved: CME Silent Rings Immediately followed by Audible Rings

Hi,

For the above code, I get 6 silent rings on my 2nd line. I want only the 1st 3 rings to be silent rings and the last 3 rings to be normal audible rings. I'll appreciate a solution. Thanks all.

Hi, CCME doesn't support increasing volume rings, the only thing you can do is configure CFNA from a silent ring button to another that has audible ring:

ephone-dn 15 dual-line

call-forward noan 416 timeout 15

ephone-dn 16 dual-line

number 416

ephone 1

button 2s15 3:16

Hi,

I only have 7941 phones and so there is no 3rd button. So I'll appreciate a solution for two button phones.

Use first button on overlay as necessary with call waiting and 2nd button for silent ting, or viceversa.
