We've setup an UCCX4.5 cluster and used Cisco native recording. For some agents (and their phones), the recording function works well, but with 1 agent, the system couldnot record the calls in/out. In the agent0001.log, I found the following message: "Unable to start recording callID 16785671 with error CORBA error" but I didnot understand what this error was.
Could anyone explain this for me and show me a solution?
By the way, what is the maximum length of a recorded calls?
