Unable to start recording callID 16785671 with error CORBA error.

Hi all,

We've setup an UCCX4.5 cluster and used Cisco native recording. For some agents (and their phones), the recording function works well, but with 1 agent, the system couldnot record the calls in/out. In the agent0001.log, I found the following message: "Unable to start recording callID 16785671 with error CORBA error" but I didnot understand what this error was.

Could anyone explain this for me and show me a solution?

By the way, what is the maximum length of a recorded calls?

Via Desktop Administrator drill down to Desktop Configuration->Work Flow Groups->Agents->Your Workflow->User Interface->Miscellaneous. Select Agent Choice as Window Behavior.

I'm getting almost the same thing with one of my supervisors:


Unable to start recording callID 33586021 with error CORBA error.


I have looked at the above in Desktop administrator and it is set to that as default.


Anyone have any ideas.
