One way audio after 1 minute on a call

We are experiencing problems when we send calls out of one of our PSTN gateways. After approx 1 minute the caller at the external PSTN end cannot hear the internal IPT caller but the internal caller can hear them. We have had one way audio issues before and it is usually a routing issue but if I go onto our IPT PSTN gateway routers I can ping the IP phones that experience this. Any ideas?
