I wnat o to know how to configure when i call one ext , multiple phone should ring. how to configure in call manager 4.1. it is urgent. pls help

Hi,

1. Create a new Line Group.& add all the the DN to this Line Group.

2. In the Distribution algorithm, configure as "Broadcast".

3. Then Create New Hunt Pilot with the Directory number you Dial to ring multiple extensions.

Use Line Group for that, choose Broadcast as Distrubition Algorithm:
