Is there a way to increase the UDG limit of 100 in Campus Manager?

Yes, but you may run out of memory in Topology Services if you have too many groups. To increase the number, edit NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/campus/WEB-INF/classes/OGSClient.properties, and increase the MaxLimitForGroups property. Then restart dmgtd.
