100s of Duplicate hostnames in CSA 4.5

Hi,

There are lots of duplicate hostnames in CSA MC 4.5. Deleted by searching the hostnames through the search menu and deleted all the duplicate hostnames. But it still got registered with lot of duplicates. What might be the reason.

I had this happen with six machines. They were the same machine model and were deployed using the same OS image.

None of them have Computer Browser, Server or Workstation services running so they can't correctly advertise their NetBIOS names.

Check one of the machines and see if this is the case.

I checked it. But all the three services are up and running. What else might be causing this.

Sorry, I have nothing else to suggest at this point. I'd open a TAC case and see what they can come up with.
