CiscoWorks LMS support for CISCO7201 router - when?

Hi,

I just applied the lastest updates to LMS 2.6 and there is no support for the CISCO7201 router. I have purchased LMS 3.0 but it too does not appear to have support for this router. Anyone know when it will be added to either version?

A support request has been made, but there is currently no ETA on when the 7201 will be supported.

Hi Ian,

what do you mean by" not supported"

do you mean you can't see it on ciscoview?

If that the case, only you need to download from cisco account the inforamtion need for that product. or what you mean exactly ?

That CiscoWorks does not know what model of hardware it is and therefore cannot manage it via RME.

CiscoWorks has IDUs for each device it is capable of managing; unfortunately there is no IDU for the 7201.
