I want to deploy a L3 network with L2 network using intervlan confiration beetwin them.

When you say L3 networks, this means you will be deploying IP as L3 routing protocol; therefore you will need a routing device to do the routing between your VLANs.

And these VLANs in turn will be pointing to this router as the gateway using the respective IP address
