Hi

Playing around with the UC520 and Configuration Assistant.

According to everything i can find, localisation files are to be put in

C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\CiscoSMB\Cisco Configuration Assistant\appdata\phoneloads

I have CME-locale-da_DA-4.1.0.0.tar in that directory and are able to get danish on the phones.

I have cue-vm-da_DK-lang-pack.2.3.4.1.prt1 in the same directory but are not able to configure danish voicemail.

Tried to rename it to

cue-vm-dk_DK-lang-pack.2.3.4.1.prt1

as there is some confusion in the manuals. Didnt help

Anyone ??????

Hi

Thank for the answer :-)

I know how to install lang files on the cue.

Have been working with ISR and CCME for a couple of years now.

Now its UC520 and i want to do it from "Cisco Configuration Assistant" to be able to teach other people to use the UC series

All doc says that placing the lang files in the correct folder should be enough.

Gotcha. I've done some work with the UC520, but don't have experience with this particular issue using the configuration assistant. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Thanks for the responce anyway.

Seems like the configuration assistant is a pure powerpoint product at this time.

It's not possible to make event the simplest functional konfiguration without going in cli mode. Just the same with WLC526, after the configuration wisard, you have nothing.

Packing the demo set away, waiting fot the next try.
