Our CallManager (5.1) went down for 5 minutes and came back agin. I would like to see the log file as we could see in the event viewer with the versions prior to 5.X in order to undrstand the reason. How can I access the event viewer in CCM 5.1? When I access the server from the consol port or ssh, this is all I can see.
It looks like we can't do any troubleshooting from the consol port, am I wrong? Is there any documentations which allow troubleshooting from the server itself?
