Hi!, I have a AS5800 and I'm thinking of using it for PBX/VoIP setup. Currently it has a 2pcs CT1 card, do I need a specific card for my setup to work?
Hi, if the 5800 is not equipped for voice already, it can be very expensive and complex to equipe it to do that, you can conisder as small as a 2801 for just two T1 voice to PBX.
What do you mean by "not equipped"? my AS5800 has an 2pcs CT1 Card (with 8 CT1 ports per card). Just in case, what are the things that I need to have? Because I want to make use of it.
It needs to have DSP for voice. I think can check what do you have with "show diag", "show ver", or "show inventory".
