hi guys, i am associated with an organization that runs its branches all over the country ( almost ) with nearly 100 branches, i have just joined them and they are running a variety of different WAN solutions at the same time, DSL (ADSL, SHDSL ), VSAT, RADIO, WIMAX,ISDN, DXX. but i dont have any exprience in WAN thts why i m having a lot of difficulty in understanding how various connections are working, i know i will learn time to time but i want to do some reading to get the concepts clear, like we have terminated ADSL on our ethernet interfaces whereas SHDSL on serial, why is this so ?? we are using all cisco routers and switches, (1841, 3800, 3640, 1700 )so kindly refer me a good resource that addresses these issues, like how radio works in practical, what are smart bridges etc,

thanks waiting for +ve feedback
