Our cliente has the following setup in all their agencies.

2801 router

(C2801-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(11)T1, 237568K/24576K bytes of memory and 62720K bytes of ATA CompactFlash

Call-Manager 4.1(2) es63.1 and CP-7940G 7.2(3.0) phones.

Qos and frame-relay parameters are correctly configured and working on all but one.

Frame-relay serialisation delay and fragmentation values are correct for the bandwidth and rtp header compression is configured.

This one particular agency is suffering from bad quality voice (choppy and sometimes calls drop). Also when trying to dial a number nothing happens sometimes having to try 2 or 3 times.

I have checked for interface, PVC and policy-map errors and drops. I have also checked for jitters and packet drops on the phones in Call-Manager. I have also searched for bugs using bug-tool kit.

Does anyone have an idea/bug that could be causing this?

Appreciate some help.
