UCM6 - SIP - Ringback

Hi All,

we have ucm6 and as sip pone hp ipaq 514. all is work, bau when i try to call my local sccp or sip phone, i cannt get a ringbacktone on my ipaq. i create mrg. but is not work.

please help

For the SIP trunk configuration, is the MTP enabled and does the trunk have access to a valid/working MTP?

Can you elaborate on how did you register your ipaq in the CCM6

So far ive created the user, the SIP device(basic), and im getting rejected status on the CCM, using the HP assistant i configured the ipaq with the User, domain and the IP address of the CCM6.
