i have a 7921 with app load id cp7921g-1.0.3.loads. The 7921 downloaded the configuring by tftp but soon it loses the wlan connection.
Now it is in connection failed status.
how to do for factory reset?
Any idea?

No, this is configured on an autonomous AP, but is really only mandatory if you have a -W model phone, which requires that 802.11d / world mode is enabled on the AP.
For losing connection, maybe could be BSS loss due to missing beacons or ACKs.
Would try 1.0.4 image, which is the latest.

And if I'm getting this error of authentication at a LWAP with WLC 4402. How can I do? There is a command like that to insert at WLC??

World mode (802.11d) is automatically enabled with the Cisco WLAN controller. When you choose the country (Wireless>Country) for which your APs have to match, then this also sets the country code for 802.11d.

This command resolve my problem with "Connection Failed" in IP Phone 7921G.
I use the firmware version 1.0.5 in my ip phone.

To factory reset your 7921 ip phone, go to Settings>phone settings then press **2, it will display "start factory reset now" select yes and you are done.
