Active Directory and CCM 5.1

Hi,

I am having CCM 5.1 installed in my enterprise. Is it possible to integrate CCM with my Corporate Active Directory so that I can use my IP Phones to change and reset the password, and do normal AD stuff through IP Phones?

You can integrated with AD. CUCM basically only reads the LDAP AD directory. The phones will pull the corporate directory from your AD. You will need to fill in the telephone fields in your AD, so be prepared to update this. CCM User login and password will now be integrated with AD, so same un and pw as their AD accounts.

You can not however, use your IP phone to change passwords, etc in AD. (why would you?)
