OSPF problem

Hello

Have anybody encounter a problem when an ospf neighbourship is being stuck in the EXSTART/DR ?

If yes how it is possible to fix this problem.

Lukas,

Here is a link that might help. Is this between a router and a switch? It might be MTU mismatch.

I have checked it but everything seems to be ok.

Both routers can ping each other, the MTU sizes are the same, both are connected to BROADCAST network and there is no ACL between them.

Generally Exstart- Exchange problems are due to mismatch, you may refer this link for similar problems & solution:
