Hi,
i need to enable root account for the cucm6.0 OS platform which is disabled by default.i have installed cucm 6.0 in the 7816server.i want to take the vm image of that harddisk which im going to load on an ESX server.thats why i need root account enabled.is there any other way to take the vm image other than this...please help me....

You can install CUCM directly into VM, select Redhat Enterprise 3 as the OS and use the ISO or disks.
There is no access to the root account, however if you want to get creative you can gain that access by using Redhat recovery disk.
