We have CVP 4.02 standalone deployment. The application call flow is such, whenever a customer calls in, the ingress+vxml gateway sends a http request to the vxml server, we have a specified an element which captures the GUID & Call id and is used for the purpose of lookup & reporting.
The problem is at times, the GUID is being captured as all zeros, we are unable to find the root cause of the same.
If the problem had been with the element or the application, it would have been peristent across all the calls.
