greeting before answer the call

I have a request that need to give warning message, then transfer to IP phone. Can CUE do that?

Which system system do you have ? Even B-ACD/AA can do that.

but the request is only caller from outside need to give warning greeting to them, internal call is no need.

so, if i use Unity to do this, i think i need to program as below.

CCM side:

translation pattern=93311234 (DDI number)

called party transform mask=1234

create dummy phone with extns 1234, but always call forward to Unity

Unity side:

create 1234 mailbox, but only give greeting and then transfer to x2234 (real IP phone)

Is it possible?

Hi,

I know that CCM has AA but I can't tell you for sure if it can do that.

For sure, the router can, if used as H.323 GW, without any additional component. That would be done with B-ACD/AA (that is a TCL/ICR script), configure in drop-though mode.
