HI hi
You will need the following
Number of subnets required: 16
Max number of host per subnet: 1022
Subnet mask in which the base network is to be subnetted: 255.255.252.0/22
No. Subnet Address Hosts From Hosts To Broadcast Address
0 144.207.128.0 144.207.128.1 144.207.131.254 144.207.131.255
1 144.207.132.0 144.207.132.1 144.207.135.254 144.207.135.255

hi! After implementing this /22 of subnet mask with 16 subnets & 1022 hosts, can i still use the option of lower number of subnet eg. /18 with 16384 hosts, /19 with 8192 hosts, /20 with 4096 hosts and /21 with 2048 hosts?
When they said /18 with 16384 of hosts that's given to me, does that mean that the 16384 hosts are inclusive of whatever total number of host within the possible sub divided subnet that i can have?

You can also use the Subnet Calculator on Cisco.com.
