I have multiple 4.x unity boxes who all use the same installation / admin account in the same domain. One of my boxes will not let me create subscribers, the only option I have is to "find". The other servers are fine. What would cause only one server to do this, when all use the same domain account?
thanks

When the server was installed the directory account was not given permissions to create/delete accounts in AD/Exchange. The other servers were.
I will post another post for you in a second.

you need to rerun permissions wizard and message store configuration store wizard and choose to create user accounts and not just impport user accounts.

I ended up having to do DCGC after restarting Unity.
