Privacy on Hold

Answered Question
Dec 3rd, 2007

Hi! I've used "Enforce Privacy Setting on Held Calls" for privacy on hold in the services settings of CM 4.2, but can't find it anywhere in 5.1. Thoughts???

I have this problem too.

The feature migration on CallManager was such that CallManager 4.1 and a few new features were added in CallManager 5.x.

Since Privary on Hold is a feature which was added in CallManager 4.2, it would not be available with CM 5.1. The migration path for CallManager is, CallManager 4.2 to 6.0. Therefore, if the feature was added in CM 4.2, the same would be available in CallManager 6.0 and not 5.1

Hope this helps
