Hi
I am running UCCX 5.0 SP2 Build 26 and CAD 6.4
The agents PC's running Windows XP SP2.
Everything works fine so far, but after 1-2 calls the agent gets kicked out of the CAD and a Windows message appears, that an error occured and that this application has to be closed.
Does anyone made the same experience?
Any idea?

Can you provide the exact error message that you are receiving? There are some event viewer messages that are received for Cisco Agent Desktop and specifying the exact error message will help in zeroing in a specific issue.

I opened a TAC Case and the engineer sent me a ES for this Bug( CSCsk49467 ).
