how to check my service contract status

Hi all.

I have paid the smartservice basic for both my cisco 1841 router and cisco asa5510 firewall. However my vendor have not given me the service contract yet. Can anyone advise me on how i can get the service contract? Do i need to register online the serial no of my cisco products?

Hi, contact Cisco TAC with your serial numbers, vendor name and dates of purchase and any other information you think might be helpful. They should be able to help you get your units under contract, don't wait untill you need TAC support it can be a pain, I know.
