Hi,
We have our Cisco CallManager 4.2(1) running on a MCS 7815 server, it was working fine till last week. And now since last week the server is getting rebooted automatically quite often...
And after the reboot I found the following error in the "Event Viewer"
"The Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xe5b34ad0, 0x00000000, 0xbc69eabb, 0x00000002) Microsoft Windows 2000 (V15.2195). A dump was saved in C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP."
Have anyone come across such issue and can someone help me to solve this issue...
Regards
RV

Could be:
- a memory issue (try swapping RAM)
- Antivirus (check Event Viewer for that, especially if you are using non certified cisco antivirus)
- Driver issue (Audio/Video Card driver)

In addition to the good information provided in the previous post, I have come across this old field-notice for MCS 7815, which certainly describes the symptoms that you are experiencing.

In light of the above, it would be recommend to initially replace the memory.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Allan.
