CCM linux 5.x

Hi folks!

I need to add six linux CCM 5.x to the CUSM 2.0.1 management system by "Unified Communications Manager Credentials" window.

Wich kind of user credential should be set on CCM?

For this users, there are some privileges that shuold be set on CCM?

For this user I have to be enabled DB access?

How I can verify the DB status?

Ho I can verify that all CCM are in a cluster?

Any helps would be appreciate.

make sure you have http credentials filled in these two locations:

Devices -> Device Management -> Discovery Credentials

Devices -> Device Credentials

The HTTP credentials must have access to the CCMAdmin page otherwise you will see the device in partially monitored
