Hi there,

not sure what you are looking for, but you could create a specific service and then assign the skillgroup doing the campaign to that service and possibly flag the call based on call type.

Is this what you are looking for?

Customer wants to use CCE Outbound option for various outbound dialing campaigns to perspective customer. For each campaign the customer wants to set a specific CLID number and CLID name As an example for the first campaign: 4165551212 CAMPAIGN1, for the second campaign 5145551212 CAMPAIGN2.

Can Outbound Option do this?

Hi again Martin,

when you define the campaign you would define a specific dialed number for the skillgroup taking the call hence this part of the request could be satisfied, what I ssuspect might become an issue is if you have the same group of agents shared across campaigns and you want to provide this service in a multitenant fashion.

To know the limitations of this approach please ping me privately.

Yes, at least for the CLID number. It requires the use of campaign prefix digits and translation patterns. Here is a very high level overview: You assign campaign prefix digits (on the campaign general tab) say 101 for campaign 1 and 102 for campaign 2. You then create multiple translation patterns within CUCM. The first being 101.91xxxxxxxxxx the second being 102.91xxxxxxxxxx. You then change the calling party transform mask to the specific CLID required for each campaign. You also change the called party transformation discard digits to predot.

Hi, you can use this since version 7. We used some custom DB procedures with version 5 to manipulate the dialing list directly.
