CCM 6.0 and Web Dialer - Removing Dialog Box

Web Dialer; Click to Dial from User Directory:

Is there a way of eliminating the user id and password challenge box when using the Web Dialer application within the user Directory function? Not much of an convenience to click dial if I have to answer userid and password everytime.



I have this problem too.

I have the same problem, however I have managed to get one userid that works, not sure have yet but will either find the solution or raise a TAC case with Cisco

Understood. My authentication ultimately works fine, but the constant use of the dialog box defeats the purpose of the feature.
