about 2 months ago I upgraded our agent software from v126.96.36.199 to v188.8.131.52. Everything went smoothly and all of our agents automatically pulled down the upgrade.
Currently I am trying to go from v184.108.40.206 to v220.127.116.11. However, non of the agents are able to pull down the new upgrade.
The agents are currently in test mode so nothing should be blocking the download.
Any ideas on where I could find out what is causing this problem?
Did you change an existing scheduled update to use the newer software update?
I tried that once and it didn't work as expected.
It worked when I created a new scheduled update.
