We installed CCM 5.1 for a customer and have noticed that when they attempt to do a consult or blind transfer with Attendant Console the caller is not placed on hold. If you hit the hold button this works fine but you can't do a consult transfer after the call is place on hold. The documenation for AC 1.4 says that "Auto Hold" is a new feature but I can't find any information on the "Auto Hold" feature for the 5.X train. Has any had issues with this?
Thanks,
Joe

On the Attendant Console configuration settings, open the advanced tab, and enable 'Hold Call When Dial Pad is Active'.
When this is enable, as soon as the operator open the directory to iniate a transfer the calling party is placed on-hold, and if configured will hear MoH.
See the attached screen shot.
Hope this helps.

Allan.
