Hi,

I would like to take screenshots of 7970 and I found the URL is http://ip/cgi/Screenshot

which prompts for username and password (see http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_programming_usage_guide_chapter09186a00807a3532.html#wp1035774).

Which username?

Which password?

This is any user who has access to that phone. You can create a new user in CCM, and associate that user to this phone by clicking on "Device Association" on the web interface.
