Hi, you probably do not have admin privilige rights, if using local aaa acounts someone who have full admin rights will need to change the privilege level along with autorization commands allow to your level or make your user account privilege level 15.

In ASDM check under:

device/ administration/users/accounts - as well as device Access/AAA Access

or you could use CLI to change user account privilage level

issue in CLI "show run | username " to show output user accounts and privilige levels, locate your user name.

e.g

config t

to remove user account

ciscoasa#config t

ciscoasa(config)#no username name

and add new with admin privilige

ciscoasa(config)#username name password password privilege 15
