Move DHCP from Router to Win2003 Server

I have a remote office that has a router and it connects to the PIX at the corporate office. The remote office is running DHCP on the router. We will be installing a T1 connection, an express 500 switch and a Win2003 server. I would like to remove the DHCPP from the router and have the 2003 server hand out IP addresses. What is the best configuration to put on the router so that this will happen?

Decrease the lease on the router to a low value, 6 hours for instance.

Configure the DHCP services on the Windows2003 server.

Turn off DHCP on the router during a maintenance window and turn it on the Windows2003 DHCP server.

The following day, all devices should obtain the IP from the Windows2003 server.

You will also have to add ip helper addresses on the remote router pointing to the new dhcp server.
