Is the SNMP-server EngineID remote command necessary for CW2000 to poll a device via SNMPv3?

What is the UDP port CW2000 uses by Default 161 ?

Here are my options:

Router(config)#snmp-server engineID remote xx.xxx.xx.xxx ?

WORD engine ID octet string

udp-port The remote notification host's UDP port number

vrf The remote notification host's VPN routing instance

You do not need to configure a remote engineID for LMS to be able to poll devices. LMS assumes SNMP is using udp/161.
